How the
Collective Works

Created for young people. Shaped and led by them.

Punjabi Youth Collective is more than just a program. Young people help decide what the Collective stands for, the issues it explores, the experiences it creates, and the projects it brings to life. We will create this together with you, for you.

Members can propose ideas, lead initiatives, create events, build local chapters, and contribute their voices and talents.

Roundglass Foundation provides the mentorship, resources, partnerships, and support needed to help those ideas grow.
