Who We Are

Roundglass Punjab is a community-led, grassroots initiative working in rural Punjab. Through integrated village development rooted in seva, or selfless service, it works with communities to build practical, scalable solutions that improve lives and create lasting wellbeing.

What We Do

We build integrated village development models that improve everyday life in rural Punjab, anchored in three pillars:

Environment & Sustainability

Restoring ecosystems and advancing climate resilience through community-led action. Punjab's landscapes face strain from industrial farming and deforestation, driving our commitment to restore natural balance and environmental wellbeing.

Youth Development

Empowering rural youth through education, sports, leadership, and wellbeing programs. At Roundglass Punjab, we believe every child deserves opportunities to thrive and reach their full potential within their communities.

Women’s Equity

Advancing dignity, wellbeing, and economic independence through grassroots leadership and self-help groups. Our livelihood programs build financial literacy and market linkages to support wholistic rural transformation and women's empowerment.

Community Partnerships

We co-create programs with communities, ensuring active participation and shared ownership. Each initiative addresses a local need, leading to outcomes such as social impact and, where relevant, economic benefit.

Changemakers Program

We train local youth to lead and implement programs in their own communities. These Changemakers drive execution on the ground, ensure continuity, and build trust. They form the backbone of our development models.

Leveraging Public Systems

We work with government institutions at the village, district, and state levels, aligning with existing government programs where appropriate, to strengthen execution and broaden reach.
