Tech-enabled after-school centers empower rural youth to build essential literacy and communication skills. Through interactive learning, students develop critical thinking and social responsibility.

The Challenge

In rural Punjab, more than 40% of children in grades 3 to 5 cannot read at grade level. Rote learning continues to dominate classrooms, leaving youth vulnerable to migration pressures.

Our Approach

Learn Labs are digitally equipped after-school hubs that make learning engaging and relevant. Through play-based and challenge-driven learning, children build reading fluency and problem-solving skills.

Key Features

Local community members are trained as Changemakers to lead these labs, creating trusted learning environments where children feel empowered to explore and grow. This grassroots approach builds sustainable leadership while inspiring the next generation.

Sports Centers

Across rural Punjab, community-led Sports Centers harness the power of football and volleyball to build confidence, inclusion, and resilience. Through 1 Girl 1 Football, girls discover their potential to play and lead.

The Challenge

Children in rural Punjab, especially girls, often grow up without access to sports facilities or coaching. Without structured opportunities to play, they miss out on the joy, focus, and discipline that sports can bring.

Our Approach

Roundglass Punjab trains local leaders to manage Sports Centers, ensuring every child can participate and reach their potential. Through training and mentorship, young people develop into well-rounded, confident individuals.
