In rural Punjab, more than 40% of children in grades 3 to 5 cannot read at grade level. Rote learning continues to dominate classrooms, leaving youth vulnerable to migration pressures.

Learn Labs are digitally equipped after-school hubs that make learning engaging and relevant. Through play-based and challenge-driven learning, children build reading fluency and problem-solving skills.
Key Features

Local community members are trained as Changemakers to lead these labs, creating trusted learning environments where children feel empowered to explore and grow. This grassroots approach builds sustainable leadership while inspiring the next generation.

Fully aligned with the National Education Policy 2020's vision of experiential, learner-centered education.

Roundglass Punjab trains local leaders to manage Sports Centers, ensuring every child can participate and reach their potential. Through training and mentorship, young people develop into well-rounded, confident individuals.
